Four Hour Trader Review

Four Hour Trader is a system produced by John Campbell. It can be used to trade various instruments such as EURUSD, Gold, the DOW and Oil. As the name suggests it is only traded on the 4 hour time-frame.

For review purposes we only traded EURUSD, Gold and the DOW as we were asked for an extra $49 for the Oil product.

We had mixed results over a 3 month period with the EURUSD and Gold returning a small but positive monthly return and the DOW outperforming both. The main drawback we encountered was missing over 30% of the trades because we were asleep on the close of two of the 4 hour candles.

SaneFX (aka Gold Trade Pro) Trading System Review

SaneFX is a product which offers the facility to “Trade Forex & Gold With The Easiest And Most Complete System Ever” and is “one of the 5% (of systems) that actually works”. It uses two indicators, the TCCI (a Moving average looking indicator) and the SaneFX arrow (appears Red for Short and Green for Long). The well written manual provides full details for this system and covers many trading scenarios. We chose 3 which were of most interest to us, Forex on the Daily chart, Gold on the 4 hour chart and GBP/USD on the 1 hour chart. The outcome of these scenarios are covered in the full review, the net result being that this is a system we feel may be more of use and benefit to those with more experience of Trading rather than complete novices.
